The formula of this is just fabulous. It's so creamy and glossy and flawless. It goes on the lips so beautifully and is super hydrating. It's extremely opaque and the perfect shade of red. There is no noticeable scent either. It even doesn't look bad when it wear off.
They are $30, so they are pretty pricey. However, I've never tried a drugstore red as brilliant as this so I definitely think it's worth it.
When I say I love this product, I mean I am deeply crazy head over heels for this lip mask. I have insanely dry lips. Always. Summer, Fall, Winter. Always dry. People always say, "Oh man, my lips get chapped during the winter." and I'm like, if only I had it that easy. I have this disgusting habit of licking, chewing, picking, etc of my lips. The get so much abuse from me and I never thought they would ever get better. Wearing lipstick was almost impossible before I found this product. I'm serious, okay!
I put this on every night after brushing my teeth and sleep with it on. The first day I woke up, it was already helping my lips. After I made it routine my lips were perfect. I use "normal chapstick" during the day just to keep up with it, but I owe the restoration of my lips to this product.
The only cons this product has is it's taste (it's not unbearable, but I'm not a huge fan. Honestly, this is just a personal problem really) and the packing. I hate lip care products that you have to put on with your finger. It is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to them. Also, after awhile the bottle starts to fade slightly fall apart, but it's not a big deal at all.
It's pricey but worth it. WORTH IT WORTH IT. Seriously, why haven't you bought this yet?
This is the most perfect product I could have asked for once I grew the ovaries to cut off all of my hair. I have issues keeping it down, and this totally helps it stay in place, but it doesn't make it stiff or flaky. And the smell? Oh my gosh, it's glorious and doesn't give me a headache.
My only issue with it is that if I keep it in for two-day hair, it does start to look slightly greasy. Or at least, it feels greasy. But other than that it's a super cheap way to tame your hair if it's thick and short and unmanageable. My hair routine with this product honestly takes no time.
I have about, ummm, 15 pairs of these in black? It's not that they are THAT amazing. It's just that they are so darn cheap. Like, how can I not when leggings are what I wear 99% of the time.
They are a little loose. I'm 5'1 and 90 pounds, so it's extremely difficult to find form-fitting clothes. But for the price (they are like what, not even $4), I'm not complaining. I don't have many curves so they aren't really see through, but if you have any booty at all, which I'm unfortunately lacking (excuse my while I cry), can see that being a problem for you since they aren't made too too well. For me, I constantly need to pull them up so they aren't sagging and the are a little extra bunched at the ankles. I wear the smallest size, extra small.
I haven't had any problems with tearing, but as I said, I have many pairs so I don't wash them that often. I also air dry them. Therefore, if you want them to last longer, I suggest doing that. It really prevents the fabric ribbing, stretching, or fading! At least, that's what I tell myself.
Overall, they are decent leggings. Only decent. But totally worth trying out a pair.
I'll admit I'm not an expert on bronzer. I'm super pale and always intimidated by the big bad bronzers. When I found one I liked, I stuck with it. That winning bronzer just happens to be the Honey Bronzing Powder in its lightest shade, light matte.
It's the perfect color for me. It's not orange at all, and doesn't look like you've shoved your faced in a dirt pit. The color turnout is gorgeous. It is super lightweight and blends beautifully. It doesn't have any noticeable smell to it either, which is a HUGE positive to me.
I honestly can't imagine using anything else. This is a near perfect, if not absolutely perfect, bronzer.
Not to mention it's not expensive at all, especially since The Body Shop has sales like crazy. And for the price, the compact is surprisingly sturdy. If you are looking for a new bronzer to try out, buy this one. Do it, do it!
Let's just say, I only use the Ivory for under my eyes and that's it. It is slightly yellow toned, so it works well the brighten the area under your eyes. It's not the best out there, so don't buy it only for that.
The Rose color is just awful, at least for my super fair skin tone. There is really no redeeming qualities. It is so patchy and hard to blend out. Also, it gives the appearance of dirt on your face. Totally not attractive.
As much as I love Nars, this is totally no their best product and would pass on this for a different contour.
I was on a budget before heading off to college, so I asked some friends for inexpensive eye makeup remover that they have used and loved.
I have tried so many eye makeup removers and still haven't found "the one" and this one is definitely not that. A lot of my friends love it so I thought that this was the one to try. I have given it a try, not once, but twice. I used it a long time ago and hated it. I tried it again before going to school, and hated it just as much.
It just didn't get off the makeup well and it burnt. Oh man, did it burn. I honestly couldn't see clearly for at least half an hour after using this. It made my eyes so blurry. I know I have super sensitive eyes, but this was ridiculous.
Obviously it has worked for others, but if you have insanely sensitive eyes, I do not recommend at all.
