I suck at keeping myself hydrated but this helps. i like to infuse my fruit in the bottle with water and stick it in the fridge overnight, so its lovely a cold in the morning.
This is good for so much though, how i like to use mine is:
lemon and lime in the morning to boost metabolism,
strawberries and oranges for a sweet hit,
cucumber for refreshing and hydrating,
mint leaves (sounds weird but works) in the evening as a natural remedy for bloating.
I would never advise relying on these too much but when im rushing around with zero time, i have one of these. id rather have some protein than nothing at all, especially on a busy day!
i cant get enough of sweet potatoes, i love to roast them! proven to be healthier than white potatoes.
if you can get whole rather than tinned, even better! i cut mine in slices and actually toast them in the toaster haha. millions of ways to cook them, actually really nice mashed too!
