I have always loved bath and body works's body cream. I was suprisingly happy with the smell not a big fan of food smelling lotions so I wasn't too sure what to expect at first . It was a good price because I got it during a sale but body work is a relatively cheap place anyways .
I've received the L'Oréal Paris Hair Expertise Total Repair 5 trio (shampoo, conditioner, and leave in cream) . I was also never very impressed with the ingredient list. So I was pleasantly surprised with how well they performed for a drug store product. The shampoo had a nice fragrance and lathered up quite nicely. A little really goes a long way here. Two applications and my hair felt squeaky clean. Which is primarily what i want a shampoo to do. Next, the conditioner, felt light but has a ton of slip - instantly detangling my hair. I didn't leave it in for longer than the recommended 3 minutes because of the amount of protein I assume is in it. It is also frangranced quite good. Then I applied a couple of pumps of the the leave in treatment, before I gave myself the usual blowout & flat iron. The cream absorbed into my hair fully and left no stickiness. Final outcome - pretty close to the usually results I get from my salon product line (ranging from $30-$45 a piece). My hair smells great and actually feels softer that usual, i think I may have even noticed slightly less breakage. I also noticed quite a bit of extra volume, but my locks also feel drier. Which may would be more problematic the longer I stick to these products. I'll know for sure after the recommended 15 applications for total repair. For someone with regular, healthy hair, I'd say this product is a win.
