Huggies Simply Clean Fragrance-free Wipes are soft and gentle on babies' skin. They're more expensive than generic brands (obviously) but they're not necessarily better. These wipes dont pop-up nicely like some others do (similar to a tissue box) but they come apart fairly easily and are somewhat easy to grab out of the package; however I've had them get kind of stock in there and have even tore the wipe while trying to pull one out . Not my go-to choice of wipes, but I've bought them when the generic brands were unavailable.
Parent's Choice Sensitive Baby Wipes are definitely the way to go. They are significantly cheaper than leading brands, and even cheaper if you buy them in a pack like this. Since they're "sensitive", they're softer than all the other Parents Choice wipes, so I don't feel like I'm hurting my baby's skin while wiping. They also work great on the face and hands since they're so soft. They're very sturdy and hold up through even the "dirtiest" jobs. These are my top choice wipes for quality for the money.
Through three children of my own, and countless daycare kids, Luvs is by far my favorite diaper brand. They are an excellent value. They hold up way better than generic brands and they cost less than leading brands like Pampers and Huggies but are easily comparable in quality.
Johnson's CottonTouch newborn baby wash is my new favorite baby wash for my newborn baby. It moisturizes baby's skin nicely while gently cleansing. It has a subtle fragrance that is fresh and pleasant. I like to follow baby's bath with the coordinating Johnson's CottonTouch newborn face and body lotion for ultimate moisturization.
Johnson's CottonTouch Newborn Face & Body Lotion is ideal for infants and toddlers. It's subtly scented with a pleasantly fresh smell, and it moisturizes baby's skin nicely. I like using it in combination with Johnson's CottonTouch Baby Wash following baby's bath.
The Haakaa Silicone Breast Pump is super convenient for getting a few more ounces for my freezer stash. I have not had fabulous luck with using it on the opposite breast while nursing on the other, but I havent tried it enough to get the hang of it. I need to practice attaching it because I had some problems with it staying on, and I didnt want to lose any of my precious milk.
I love my Spectra S2PLUS Premier Electric Breast Pump. It is super quiet, which is great for nighttime. It has several adjustable suction levels and speeds, including a "let down" mode. The built in nightlight is also convenient in the overnight hours. It works really well and I have not been disappointed yet. I only pump once in awhile so I have had no issues with over-usage either.
Parent's Choice Disposable Nursing Pads are a convenient way to prevent visible leaks for breastfeeding mothers. They are definitely comparable to leading brands in functionality. They catch the leaks, but they're not very discreet. With a thinner bra and top, you can definitely notice lumps. I dont leak much any more so I no longer use nursing pads.
The Parent's Choice Breastmilk Storage bags are used for freezing and storing breastmilk for future use. These bags are ideal for all breastfeeding/pumping mamas! They're sturdy (less likely to leak), they freeze flat (great for storing), and they're a fantastic value. I only purchase these bags now.
