How long does this last (the amount in the bottle)

I have never used this product before, do this cleansing cloths really works?

I just purchased &amp; I knew these existed for a while but I was skeptical b/c i dont believe in the need to douche(though i know this one is external use)... what are the dangers of using this? can it possibly lead to any infections/ disrupt body ph since the vagina is self cleaning &amp; etc

I like the look outside of this brand. It is really nice packaging. That is why I give it a try for my cleaning routine.
