We enjoy our Directv network and being able to watch it in different locations. There are times we just don’t care to watch the same shows so we can separate and watch what we desire. Any time I’ve had a problem I call customer service and it’s handled very quickly.

I love the DirecTV app the only thing I have to say badd about it is paying your bills so complicated with this new at they have through AT&T since they bought it out everything so confusing I use this on Android and AT&T really destroyed this app

Quiero expresar mi profunda molestia ,como Subscriptora,por mas de 20 años de directv Venezuela por haberme suspendido a mi y a mas de 12 millones de venezolanos sin previo aviso ,en este momento de cuarentena es algo insólito he inhumano,es una falta de respeto ,pero si cuando uno se atrasaba le colocaban,un escrito en la pantalla que debía pagar ,así deberían habernos avisado que no operaban mas en el país,con tiempo para prepararse,los problemas políticos de el gobierno americano y el venezolano ,deben resolverlos ellos y nosotros que somos el pueblo deberían por los menos ,tratarnos como ciudadanos ,directv ,siempre contó con el apoyo del pueblo venezolano y fidelidad ,nosotros merecíamos un mejor trato ,con consideración y respeto ante todo .

I have been using this pay TV provider for 5 years and it is excellent. It is not very cheap compared to other pay TVs, however the quality is really amazing because the shows are never interrupted and you can see these clearly. In addition they give you the remote control for television and the encoder that you can change according to your needs completely free of charge.

Let me preface this to state this review is regarding DirecTV overall and as a whole. DirecTV is a rip-off and they scam their customers, period. I listened to a Centurylink rep advising me on how a bundle deal, which would bundle my landline, internet and satellite tv, would save me money. I was with with Dish Network prior to that and was told that switching to the bundle would save me $80 a month for bundling all three services together.Not directing this at Centurylink, but that was a complete lie. My DirecTV bill was more expensive even with basic channel service. DirecTV's initial introductory pricing to try to entice people into their scam is so misleading.DirecTV's pricing began to go up within the first year and I was locked into a two year contract. I called customer service and got nowhere more than a run around. Even Centurylink appeased me for the contention and gave me a loyalty discount to try to make up for the issue.So Centurylink would offer me a monthly discount to make up for the matter, but DirecTV would not bend on lowering the bill, even though they lost some programming. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs, which got the attention of the president's office. They finally offered me a discount off of the last bill to compensate for all of the additional issues that I didn't mention.DirecTV is a no for me based on my own personal experience and reading the many complaints and reviews on BBB and Consumer Affairs. They need to revamp their services, cut some of the cost to make their services and pricing more realistic.

I love that I can watch my recorded shows and stream live tv from the app in case I’m stuck somewhere! Still needs improvements and more functionality though.

If I could give negative stars I would! I was fine with the price I was at but it took so much complaining and he said she sa ik d to get what was promised. Dont let them fool you into a contract and if they do record ALL CALLS FOR PROOF! I pay more to live stream TV on Hulu and dont get a fraction of the channels but is worth it because the customer service is that bad!

Never will I ever get Direct TV. I was a loyal customer for a few years until I kept getting a higher bill each month. So I kept having to call and always down grade my programming and yet my bill never went lower then $200 and customer service is horrible and very rude!
