Not a big fan of this oil. Had a weird vegetable oil smell to me that never went away. Received a sample of this and was glad I didn't buy it for myself before trying. I kept using the whole sample despite the smell just to see if there were any advantages. Did not see any difference in my skin and left an oily residue. Would probably work well for those with dry skin who don't mind the smell.
We tried out a several month trial of this subscription box when my children were 5 and 8. The kids really enjoyed the boxes we received and the activities kept them engaged. I liked that each box includes a book that coordinates with that month's theme. The only suggestion that I had for the company was adding a "sibling add-on" option the box. There was only one snack in each box and one of each activity so it could be tricky to decide which kid got to do a particular activity. We also found the price to be a little too high for our budget, so we cancelled after several months. Would totally resubscribe if the budget permits.
Love the smell of this shampoo and it's a product that both my husband and I can use. It works quite well to curb an itchy scalp and control the flakes. I like the amount of lather that it gives and my hair feels very clean afterward. It also seems to keep an oily scalp at bay. I repurchased this product several times now.
My kids have really enjoyed their Kiwi Crate subscription. I subscribed for a few months when my children were about 5 and 7. The subscription boxes were high quality and contained a lot of great activities that held my kid's interest for awhile. I did end up cancelling however because the price was just a little too much each month (once the discounted pricing ran out). It just didn't fit into the budget anymore. I now buy individual boxes when I need them off of their website. Sometimes they run great sales and offer coupon codes. This seemed to be a better fit for us than a monthly box.
This is by far the best primer I have used so far. I have oily skin and do get an occasional blemish. I love that this primer is tinted to provide some coverage and that the formula blurs out fine lines and pores. The tinted coverage is enough for me to walk around without makeup and still feel confident. It does a nice job of controlling oil as well, though I do still get shine breakthrough by around the 6 hour mark. I also love that it includes SPF 30. This product does not break me out and works nicely when I apply foundation over top. I would suggest buying the travel size to test it out your skin first. I have purchased this product several times already.
I received this product complimentary from Influenster. I am a daily tea drinker. However, I usually drink iced tea, not hot tea.
I followed the instructions on the package to prepare the tea. As the tea was steeping, I noticed the vanilla scent. I love the smell of vanilla so this was a very pleasant first impression.
Taste: The tea is a great black tea variety. I loved the addition of the vanilla and found that it made the tea sweet without having to add sugar. This was a nice surprise as I'm trying to cut back on added sugars. I also found that it was a milder tea so it would be a great starter tea for someone.
Verdict: I will definitely purchase this product when I run out of my current supply. This is a wonderful hot tea for the warmer months.
I really like this sunscreen. Although it says it is for your body, I've used it on my face with no problems. It is very liquidy and can be hard to contain, but I think that contributes to its lightweight feel. I like that it doesn't have a traditional sunscreen smell. I also like that it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I took one star away because it can be very pricey to purchase and use all over your body as recommended by the dermatoligist.
This powder worked pretty well in controlling my shine and it was certainly cheaper than the high-end HD finishing powder I was used to using. However, I did find it messy to apply as the powder goes everywhere when you are trying to apply it. I also accidentally breathed it in a few times and that's no fun. Overall, I think I will stick to a pressed powder as they are generally less messy.
