I bought this thinking it was a powder compact and was confused when I opened it, but I decided to roll with it. I liked how convenient it was to have in a compact and that it didn't feel weighty and suffocating the way some liquid foundations do, but wasn't terribly impressed with the coverage. I found it kind of tricky to blend on my skin. The coverage was pretty good if you're patient with layering it, but any parts on my skin that aren't smooth really seemed to be emphasized. It rubbed off on all my clothes which was the pits since the lightest of the three shades is still pretty dark on me, so I was blending onto my neck. I wouldn't purchase this again since I didn't end up getting much mileage out of it for the price, but it did convince me to maybe give liquid foundation another go since my skin has changed so much since I switched to powder foundations.
I was so excited to get the giant sampler of all the lip cremes since I'm starting to experiment w/ mattes, but wasn't sure I was ready for some of the ballsier colors like lavender. Today is the first time I'm wearing one and I'm not sure I'm sold. It takes forever to dry and stained the hell out of my skin. I love how vibrant the color is, but next time I'm going to have to be way more precise w/ the application and I might try someone else's suggestion about dusting finishing powder on between layers.
I was really excited for this to come out, being just totally inept at using my non-dominant hand, but it was a disappointment. The finish is very slick, so I always felt awkward trying to hold it. The length of the bristles also make a mess out of small nail beds. This is gathering dust somewhere since cleaning it between uses was a hassle and wasted a ton of polish.
Great exfoliant that doesn't dry out or irritate after use. The brown sugar one was a treasured part of my pedicure routine for a long time. Smelled great while you used it but the fragrance doesn't linger.
