I am a full-time event planner for a state university in alumni relations, a promotional model and a grad student! I am huge on fitness. I like to lift weights, I box and do spin or yoga. I also love TRX! When I'm not working, working OUT, or in school, I like to find fun things to do in and around Boston or Providence. Kayaking, dancing, visiting a museum, touring a winery or brewery, and attending concerts are some of the many things I like to do with my husband and friends! I love to try new foods, new technologies and new products and I love sharing ideas with people!
It's a lie. It's not protein. It's crack. Straight crack! Tastes LITERALLY like fresh blueberry muffin batter. Consistency, sweetness, tiny freeze dried blueberries. And it’s so filling! Ingredient list is amazing, too.
Not terrible for a generic, but when it comes to tampons, I want something more premium. These will do the trick for a short time but I found that they were less comfortable, flimsier and not as “leak-proof” as the Pearl.
I have to admit, I hadn’t had canned corn in years, but this brought back some memories of growing up and meals with family. The corn was crunchy, slightly sweet and SO quick! Perfect side for dinner when you’ve already stuffed the chicken with green veggies!
I had never even heard of these until receiving my Influenster voxbox, but WOW! They taste great with a really fresh and spicy jalapeño flavor, and the ingredients list is pretty good, too! They’re really versatile. We love them.
While the flavor is great and these are certainly easy to prepare, I personally don't understand the concept when you can (and I do) just throw together oats, nuts and berries (or my favorite, pomegranate seeds) with cinnamon and it's all done. No need to prepare and let sit overnight. OR you can simply prepare it that way and let sit overnight. For my dietary preferences, these are still way too loaded with sugar. But I can see how this would be a good step for someone trying to make better choices.
Tried these Overnight Oats this morning, complimentary of Influenster through a voxbox. While they're really flavorful and pretty hearty, I wouldn't necessarily buy them again (personally). The second ingredient is sugar, so they're pretty loaded. 12g. I also make oats on a regular basis by just throwing some in a bowl in the morning with some fruit and almonds and a dash of cinnamon. It's just as easy. Putting milk or water into this cup at night just isn't worth the switch for me. For those who need a quick breakfast that's easy to prep- go for it!
