I was extremely impressed by the app and its ability to match me to my custom shade! I was so skeptical about using an app to find my shade, but surprisingly it did an amazing job. I loved the personal touch of having my name printed on the bottle as well. And for just $49 per bottle I think it’s totally worth it! I apply with a damp beauty blender and it goes on smoothly and evenly. And it lasts all day, especially when paired with a good setting spray or powder!
This entire brand is amazing! I had a huge, painful blind pimple for 3 days that just kept growing! I bought and used this mask and the next day the blind pimple was completely gone as if it had never been there!
Basically the only food we can afford to feed our shar pei/lab that won’t upset his tummy. I just wish there were more affordable options to feed him something with more natural ingredients or even real meat chunks.
I got this dry shampoo free in a VoxBox to review and I was a little hesitant. Usually big companies miss the mark when they aren’t really branded around “natural” products and try to put a line of natural items out. This NYM dry shampoo is actually pretty great though. The only problem is the smell. It isn’t bad but for being “natural” it smells really synthetic and chemical. It makes me question the validity of the “natural” claim. Other than that, it works really well and doesn’t take as much product to do the job as some other brands of dry shampoo I’ve tried.
This is one of my favorite dry shampoos. It works really well to calm down the look and feel of oily hair in a pinch, and mine is naturally pretty oily. It doesn’t have a weird smell either, it actually smells quite pleasant and clean rather than chemical.
I’ve been going to Joann’s since I was a baby with my mom. It’s just one of those stores that’s ingrained in me. Even though it’s not the exact location we used to go to, when I have a really bad day, walking through Joann’s really does help a little. I know that probably sounds cheesy and like I’m overdoing it but I spent so much time there that it has a sense of familiarity. And I love crafting and it’s where I would always get my supplies, so it’s inspiring.
It’s really hit or miss. The one in my small hometown was amazing but the three in my current city all suck and the workers are so unhelpful. They don’t care for the plants there either. If you can find a good location, it’s so great because they can be very knowledgeable and helpful. I just hope they change something here soon because I DIY too much to not have a little help that actually helps once in a while
