This is the only lip balm/chapstick that I have ever used the entire tube of. I am very sensitive to smell but this has a very nice (not very artificial) grapefruit scent and applies nicely. Moisturizing but not too heavy or waxy. I have tried other scents/flavors of this line of burt's bees lip balm but I find the grapefruit to be the best both in scent and application. I've gone through a couple and have circled back around to repurchase this particular scent. Should have stuck with this one in the first place.
I love this shampoo. Specifically, I love the scent. It smells clean and I just want to keep on sniffing my hair (an really anyone else's) after using it. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a miracle anti-dandruff product. I don't have a huge issue with dandruff to begin with, but I don't see much of a difference when using this or not. Product lathers well though, and I usually use a leave-in conditioner after my shower so the two-in-one doesn't really matter.
I will continue to buy this shampoo, mainly for my boyfriend who is too lazy to use a conditioner, and because his hair just smells so good after use, but I am knocking off a point for the design of the bottle. I wish it was a pump bottle. I'll probably buy the pump version next time and keep refilling. The normal bottle is smooth when opened, so a lot of product gets stuck (as seen in photos).
Overall though, the amazing scent is really what's driving this review up, I am very sensitive to smell and it's very rare I find a hair product that I just love the smell of.
This used to be my favorite leave-in hair conditioner a while back. I like the small bottle version, it was more affordable and I never had to worry about getting too much product and not using it up. Even the small travel size bottle sprayed well. Smell was nice, it was not too thick, and the packaging was really cute. I have since moved to a cream leave-in conditioner because I needed more moisture, but if you are looking for a light product, this would probably work well for you.
Scent: hard to explain but it has a slight scent that reminds me of the scent of some nasal decongestant sprays. It's very faint and goes away quickly. I am very sensitive to smells and this does not bother me.
Used: as a toner. My boyfriend uses it instead of aftershave and seems to like it.
Price: I can't quite remember, but it was definitely less than $10. It is not used daily, but we have had it for about a year now and it is still halfway full.
In terms of hair to product need, I feel like I am going through this shampoo a lot quicker than the conditioner or hair mist. Unlike the other two, it also has a slight coconut scent, which I personally do not like as much. Otherwise, I think it works well.
Favorite product out of this line. Does not have the coconut scent the shampoo has, which I like. Washes out feeling a tiny bit squeaky, but it makes the hair feel really nice when you first put the product in.
If you go there for a sale, you can get cute bras for less than $10. There are many different styles, and they all seem to fit differently, so try to find one that's best for you. I personally like their front hook, racer back bras the best.
They're not investment pieces though, the underwire usually pokes out in 3-6 months for me.
I got the Intensive Heal cream for my severely dry skin at the beginning of winter. It's not bad, but I'm not loving it.
It has a weird scent. I wouldn't say it's bad, but I wish it had no scent at all. The formula feels a bit like gel and it's not all that moisturizing. I heard their old formula had no scent and people seemed to like it better.
I told myself that I won't buy a new lotion until I finish this one.. I've had it for about 3 months but I'm not even 30% of the way through. It will be a long process, but I can't wait to try something else.
I got this on sale for $2.50 at Target. For the price, it's great. However, they're not very pigmented and can be a bit chalky. It's good to use in moderation, but it's not a very good dramatic eye shadow or my everyday go-to...
