I’m always a little wary when I get foundations to test from Influenster, but this one pleasantly surprised me! I’ve never found a drugstore brand foundation that actually fits my skin and stays on all day. The only struggle is that it shows makeup brush lines and doesn’t blend totally smooth, but using a beauty blender instead of a brush would help with that.
I had never used a setting powder before, and really didn’t know what I was missing by skipping this step. I kind of hate my face looking shiny after I put on foundation, but adding this makes my face look *finished* and put together. It’s also nice to use over under-eye concealer, cause sometimes that’s all I’ll put on for a day.
I didn't know that these were missing from the M&Ms lineup until I saw them at the store the other day! It seems crazy that they haven't been around very long. The coating and chocolate are typical of M&Ms, and the caramel adds a nice touch. Definitely in my top 3 favorite varieties. Give them a try!
I had been looking to buy a setting powder for a while, and right before I was about to but some, I got the email saying I was receiving it free from Influenster to test! Perfect timing. I have been using it a lot and I really like it, it gives a nice matte finish and helps keep my makeup looking great all day. I have combination skin and I don't notice it drying my skin out or anything like that.
I was searching for a concealer to really cover my undereye area, and someone at Sephora said that this is hands-down the best one they have. She said that everyone who works there loves it and uses it religiously. With that glowing recommendation, I decided to try it on in the store. Usually I can't tell if I like something that much when I'm in Sephora because the lighting is weird, but I could tell immediately that there was a huge improvement to the dark circles under my eyes when I put this on. I think one of the best things to do with this concealer is to get a concealer brush and use that to apply, it makes all the difference in the world. I love this kind and would recommend it to anyone! I have pretty fair skin and use the creme brûlée color.
Chick-Fil-A is the best. Best customer service, best food, and best value for price. I personally prefer the grilled chicken nugget over the other kinds, but any menu option is great! It is always busy, but they move through the line very quickly.
I love Samoas, but I don't like Caramel deLites as much. I still can't really figure out the difference but I'm glad I usually get the Samoas in my area. They're too expensive, but we all knew that already.
I have had such a hard time finding a way to make my skin turn out less red after applying my makeup... But then my sister recommended the redness correcting primer and I've been pleased with the way my skin looks ever since! It's a bit pricey, but the quality and results are worth it.
