this has such a strongggg smell of honey and lemon it’s almost unbearable and i’m not one to complain about scents in products so that’s that on that. i need to pick this up more often and test it for its performance because the smell honestly drove me from it
using this shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner, i felt definitely helped retain the blonde in my hair, smelled good and made it feel soft. however if you don’t have very thick hair it might emphasize that
this shade is the most blinding highlight i own without building. this is so dramatic, only light swipe with your brush will give you amazing payoff. i think it’s most suitable for most light to medium skin tones, mayyybe deeper if you know how to make it work. and it’s only $8!
this foundation actually blew me away. everyone raved about this when it first came out but i never went out to buy it, i didn’t like that it has a weird spatula applicator nor did i expect much from a $5 foundation but boy am i shuttin up now. i had suggested this to mom because she needed a new foundation and i knew i’ve heard great things about it and she didnt want to spend too much on it. she liked it a lot so she told me to try it and this stuff just completely smoothes out my skin, i don’t have not 1 pore when i have this on. it delivers great coverage without caking, and has a perfect demi matte finish on my skin. (i have an oily t zone, rest of my face is pretty normal) this pic has no filter
i have my lux lip in the shade La lady and she is gorgeous. it gives a nice pop of color to brown smokey or halo eyes. the consistency is smooth and creamy, and dries down similarly to an ultra satin lip. the packaging is also nice and heavyweight
i bought this foundation a couple years back not knowing what to expect of it and not having heard a word about it before. somehow a couple years back when i was even more dumb with my money and used to picked up any product and put it in the bag, i would find a bunch of gems bc i became in love with this stuff along with many other products i purchased on a whim and i think that’s the best thing ever lmao. anywho, this is a light medium coverage foundation that gives a youthful and healthy glow to the skin. it’d be great for the summer when you want to wear something lightweight that just smooths over the skin but still has spf. i put this on my mom and she’s in her late 40s and she adored it, so this would probably be nice on mature skin as well.
i think this powder works just as good as my coty airspun powder and i love that one. only difference on my skin is that it doesn’t brighten as much if i’m using it to set my concealer. i also think it’s very little product for a whole $9. although it’s still a bomb setting powder, i would not have purchased this but i got it as a gift
if you don’t like color and like to keep it simple or neutral with your eye looks, this is the palette for you. it’s really good for an every day, school or natural makeup look and whatnot but if you wanted you could always make it more dramatic with the burgundy and dark browns, there’s just not much variety for that. i got this when i was beginning with eyeshadow and it’s also perfect for that but now i like something to pop in my eye looks every once in a while. i don’t like that there’s 2 matte deep browns of very similar shade, one just has bits of glitter in it. the mattes are decently pigmented and buildable and the metallics are gorgeous coppers, but even more gorgeous when applied with a wet finger
after hearing all of instagrams beauty influencers rave about this, i got this on a whim at ulta. i really like the big doe foot applicator, it picks up a fair amount of product and i don’t have to keep dipping it back in the tube. the finish and coverage of it is really good too, i’ll definitely repurchase this gem
