I like be to get creative with my kiddos and explore new places. I enjoy my time at the gym to stay healthy & make the best me. I try to nurture a healthy lifestyle by cooking mostly healthy & staying active. I do enjoy a great Pinterest dessert or a fine glass of wine.
Our society eats like crap. It's a general statement I know, but we really tend to not nourish our bodies very well. With less raw fruits & more importantly veggies in our diets we our destroying our guts; arguably one of the most important things in us. Our guts dictate both mood & health. Adding a high quality probiotic to your child's daily routine is a great way to support their health. This does need to stay refrigerated so I need to be purchased at a brick-and-mortar rather than from online. I get mine from sprouts right now they have it at whole foods as well. It's a little powder jar can you sprinkle pretty minimal amount onto your child's food or into their drink. Start at 1/4 teaspoon move to 3/4 over time.
I love the less sodium option this brand offers. I don't enjoy salt on much so I gave this only 4 stars because honestly I'd like even less. I understand that this the packaged Americanized option, but it is convenient & serves its purpose just fine in our home.
This one went away for a while, actually several years then thank goodness it came back. You can bring me to all the fancy bakeries. At the end of the day nothing beats this on top of some fun Fetty cake.
So this is my favorite yogurt, hands down. I haven't found anything smoother. it has added probiotics for a little boost. There's a bit of honey which makes it sweet so you don't have to add anything with it if you don't want to. It's great in smoothies or standing alone.
I like this for veggie dipping. 12g of fat is a pretty devastating number when your trying to be healthy & snack of veggies, but I keep it on hand for less health conscious guests & it always gets gobbled up. It's smooth, flavorful, & doesn't taste to cheap.
