Review for Morphe 35OM Nature Glow Matte Eyeshadow Palette - 1 week, 6 days ago
What initially drew me to this palette was it’s warm red and brown toned shadows, which I have been really loving recently. It features light beiges to warm and cool toned browns, to vibrant oranges and reds and their deeper counterparts. The matte shades have some lovely pigmentation and are very easy to work with. Costing around the £23 mark (from cult beauty) I expect some good pigmentation and blendability, however I wouldn’t say it was better than my Ciate or naked palette in these areas. Having said that, I think you get what you pay for: 35 shadows; which are of good quality, coming to just £0.65 per pan. The shimmer shades are gorgeously creamy, and are even more beautiful when used with a wet/setting sprayed brush. There is a great balance of mattes and shimmers, which I love. Some of the shimmers are thick and vibrant, while there are a few finer duo chrome-type shades in there too. You can make so many different looks with this palette, whether than be a neutral browny look, burnt seinna/ orange toned, red and burgundy with gold, there’s a lot you can do. PLUS there’s some excellent brow shades, I have blond/brown hair and really struggle to find a good shade so I’ve been using the shade 3 down, second one across. There are shades in there for darker and blonder hair types too. There is some fall-out on some shadows, and they’re not all as pigmented as they can be, plus the packaging isnt of the best quality, the lid has broken off half way and one of the pans has popped out already and I had to stick it down. But I do really think that for the price this palette is excellent for the anyone- whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I would definitely recommend!

Review for: Cocoa (rich deep w/neutral undertones), Mahogany - Very Deep with Golden Undertones more...
If you have dry skin, this foundation will renovate your foundation routine in the most positive way ever. It's meant to be medium coverage with normal application, but it builds up to a flawless, full-coverage foundation, but can easily be sheered down to light coverage for whatever you need. I'm exceptionally pale and have perpetually dry skin, and anyone who is in either of those situations know how hard it can be to find something that makes your skin as beautiful as it can be; dry skin creates a variety of textures, and pale skin highlights all blemishes and discoloration. The combination makes foundation a nightmare, bless anyone else who has either or both. I moved out of the tropics to a four season climate in the middle of winter, and my skin truly had a break down almost instantly. Somehow, I got paler, and my skin somehow managed to become dryer. As in, I would get out of a warm shower and I would find scales all over my body. My foundation I was using couldn't help me anymore, since I looked like an oompa-loompa, couldn't cover the redness, and highlighted the dry spots. After trying desperately to make it work, I gave up and did research on hydrating, not matte foundations with higher coverage, and found this little guy. When I went to Ulta and color matched my skin, I fell in love on the first swipe. The shade Snow was actually light enough, it felt heavenly on my parched skin, and it covered almost all the discoloration in one layer. After putting it on a little heavier on the redness on my cheek, no one would have suspected that I was having so many sin problems because it truly looked like skin. Well, better than my skin was at the time. Ever since then, I have managed to get my skin back under control, partly due to the fact that when I wore makeup, my foundation didn't dry out my face, but moisturized it instead. I have never gotten so many compliments on my foundation/complexion since I've been wearing this, and I don't see myself changing foundations any time soon.

Review for: Cacao, Chestnut, Dark Coffee more...
I have dark circles under my eyes, and I have tried a wide plethora of concealer (expensive to cheap) to try and hide them. For a while, I mixed different kinds of concealer and would bake in between each concealer.. UNTIL I came across this product. It truly is amazing, and I only use this product to hide my dark circles. It lasts several hours (usually through my work day) and gives me an instant glow. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I can't emphasize enough just how amazing this product is. Just apply, set with translucent powder and go go go ✨

Best under eye concealer I've EVER tried
I LOVE this concealer for so many different reasons. I had never been able to find an under eye concealer that worked for my drier skin and dark under eye circles. Most full coverage concealers on the market were too heavy and drying, which would leave me looking cakey. However, anything else that was a bit more moisturizing wouldn't have enough pigmentation to cover my terrible dark circles. So, I was completely floored when I found this new Tarte concealer. I tried out the shades medium and light-medium underneath my eyes. I found both shades had a strong peachy tone, with light-medium leaning more pink and medium leaning more peach. The peachy tone in medium was PERFECT for counteracting the blue in my under eyes. I was so impressed with how little concealer I had to use to cover up my dark circles. The coverage is out of this world. Plus, the texture is beautiful! It's not too thick or too thin. It felt smooth and blended like a dream. Unlike thicker full coverage concealers on the market, I don't find myself needing to use a damp sponge to work it into the skin. This one is so easy to blend I can get away with just using my fingers. Also, the finish is just perfect. Once it sets, the concealer is definitely matte, but never dry or flat looking. It smooths over texture and doesn't settle into fine lines. Plus, (probably best of all) it hardly creases, if at all. I found that if I used a heavy eye cream immediately prior to application, it would crease a bit. However that can easily be prevented by just letting the eye cream to completely soak in. This concealer lasts all day without looking dry or cakey or faded. My only gripes with this concealer are the lack of shades. Unless you have a strong peachy undertone in your skin, I don't see this working well for concealing acne or scars. I tried that and it looked quite orange on my warm, medium-yellow skin. Also, it tends to oxidize darker. Still, this is my new HG under eye concealer!

Review for: Arriba! more...
I have the shade Arriba. This is the shade of red I have been searching for . It's a bright, neutral toned red. Not orange, and not pink based. It does transfer slightly, but it stays on my lips for many hours. Since it's matte, it's very drying. It does feel dry on my lips, and if I apply two coats, it gets crumbly looking. So , a little prep is involved to make this work, but for the price and the color, it's worth it. Only thing I don't like is how misleading Colorpops pictures of their lipsticks are. When they arrive, they always look very different in person. Packing is basic, nothing fancy , and the writing on the tube wears off fast.

Review for Oreo Chocolate Candy Bar - 10 months ago
I picked up a few of these bars on travel and brought them home to my son who loved them. They aren't always easy to find. It is easier and cheaper to get them by the case and dole them out over time. I also tried several variations of Oreo candy products and, so far, this bar is the best.
Review for Smashbox O-plump Intuitive Lip Plumper - 11 months, 2 weeks ago
I am so glad I got this! I like to put it on my lips in the morning when I do my make-up, just once, but I'm sure you'd get even better results if you used it more consistently and frequently. It'll definitely give you some tingle temporarily - just like lip venom - but I am super happy with it.

Review for Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer - 11 months, 2 weeks ago
I really love the texture of this product, but unfortunately, it did not help my makeup to stay on any longer, and my foundation wound up looking cakey by the end of the day. I also wound up with a couple areas of breakout. I will most likely be returning this to the store. I'm sure it works great for some skin types, just not mine.
