Don't have the money for a personal trainer? Neither do I... But wait! Thanks to the internet we can be our own trainers. With one Google search we can track our workouts, look up different exercises, and see what foods to eat. However searching and planning takes time and knowledge you may not have (I know I don't). If you are like me, you probably download fitness apps to help change up your workout or keep track of your running. BUT THERE ARE SO MANY APPS! Most (if not all) fitness apps claim to be the “all inclusive, only one you’ll ever need” but I have yet to find an app that has everything.
