Not only would you be supporting local farmers, but by purchasing seasonal produce from your farmers market you have access to some of the freshest, most natural and delicious produce. Springtime reaps so many wonderful fruits and vegetables that it’s hard to know where to get started. Go seasonal this spring with some of my favorite vegetables and reap the healthy and delicious benefits! Check out some of my favorite seasonal vegetables for springtime (especially in May), along with some recipes for any time of the day that will leave you running back to the farmers market for more!
