This holiday roast is delicious! I wish it was sold all year where I am. It does require a lot of time to prepare, so make sure you read the instructions a day or so prior to cooking it. I buy this every fall for Christmas and Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend it for vegans and vegetarians that don't want to miss out on holiday food!

Obsessed is an understatement. This is delicious and has a wonderful texture. It has the same texture as real turkey. It has a little sage flavor to it and doesn't need to be spiced. I have it every Thanksgiving and all the non-vegetarians want to try it and say how real it tastes. It goes well with vegan turkey gravy over it as well.

This is even good when it isn't thanksgiving! But it's most excellent with the tofurky roast. It's like having giblet gravy but without the meat. Easy to make and reasonably priced!
