Is it just us or did February's chill get a little hotter? Just when we were feeling a little down from learning we were in for six more weeks of winter, Urban Decay went and gave us just the bit of heat we need to get through the bad news. Meet a mini version of Urban Decay's hottest palette, Naked Petite Heat ($29 at urbandecay.com).
As you can imagine from its name, the Naked Petite Heat Palette is a condensed version of last summer's hit, Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette. Although the full-size palette boasts 12 warm shadow shades ranging from deep burgundy to vibrant clay and everything in between, consider the smaller palette version a "best of" collection. This petite palette contains five of the essentials to still create the desired fiery look, just with a sharper shade edit.
The new mini palette contains five matte shades (ranging from the creamy Vibrate to the velvety reds of Strike and Heist) plus one demi-matte highlighting shade, Inhale. Whether your planning on taking this palette on a trip (it's perfect carry-on size) or are simply want a more simplified palette to get the sunset eye look, we think this handheld palette might just get the job done, beautifully.
