I think we can all agree Kelly from Saved by the Bell basically started #hairgoals, right? With a little tease and a lot of hairspray, obtaining a ‘do like this isn't as difficult as it looks.

What you need:

Big Sexy Hairspray

Teasing brush

What to do:

+ Part hair and section off the top: section off your hair by creating a “top” layer and an “underneath” layer.

+ Take the underneath layer and begin teasing with comb: Clip the top layer away from the underneath layer.

+ Taking your long tail comb, gently tease the underneath layer by backcombing towards the root.

+ Smooth back the front section over the teased section.

+ Spray with hairspray: Once your hair is parted and styled how you want it, spray all over and voilá!

Buffy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buffy was basically the Kylie Jenner of the 90’s. Look at those flawlessly lined lips! Her makeup was pretty natural, so if you’re trying to achieve this look shoot for a caramel toned lipstick with a lip liner to match.

What you need:

Caramel lip liner

Caramel lip stick

What to do:

+ First, take the lip liner and slowly follow the line of your lips.

+ If you want a soft line, only apply the liner once. If you want to go dark, do a second coat to enhance the color.

+ Take the lipstick and fill in your lips. Buffy has a distinct lined lip, so don't blend in too much.

Joey Potter from Dawson’s Creek

Joey Potter had that natural makeup, ‘girl next door’ look down. Pick a warm blush like Smashbox Blush Rush to give your skin a naturally flushed glow. For eyes, use a slightly darker shade than your normal skin tone.

What you need:

Smashbox Full Exposure Palette

Smashbox Blush Rush

What to do:

+ For addding blush to cheeks, a good tip to live by is smiling while you apply it. Your cheeks will look evened out if you do it this way.

+ For eyes, brush the eyeshadow into your creases and along your lower lashes. Make sure to blend it all in so there aren’t any hard edges left behind!

Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl

Blair Waldorf is known for her mischievous acts, all while sporting the chicest of clothes, of course. Similar to her wardrobe, she keeps her makeup polished and clean. Staying true to matte, neutral colors, her makeup always effortlessly matches her bold style. To top it off, her lips are almost always stained with a light shade of pink.

What you need:

Tarte Lip Stain

Dior pink blush

What to do:

+ Take a blush brush and apply along the apples of your cheeks.

+ Carefully apply the lip stainer over your lips. This is difficult to wipe off if it accidentally gets on the skin! Blot with a tissue paper to wipe off excess.
