By now, you're clearly a master of highlighting. Strobing? A piece of cake. Well, get a load of this updated take on strobing that we spotted on Instagram. Created by Dezzy Lopez, a self-taught NYC makeup artist, neon strobing is here to make all your shiny, magical makeup dreams come true.

As you can see, Dezzy takes strobing to the next level by using high-shine pigments in strategic spots to make his face look like a glowing neon sign—in the best way possible, of course. We're loving this look not only because it's insanely photogenic, but also because it teaches us exactly how to use those crazy highlighting palettes we've been hoarding like crazy.

Lucky for us, in addition to creating dream-worthy looks, Dezzy also shares which products he uses to master each look. See all the highlighting goodies he used to create this pink and orange illuminated shine.
