This is a great shoe for running and working out. The problem I have with most tennis shoes is that the soles are very hard and not comfortable. The soles on these are somewhat squishy and very comfortable to walk in. They aren't the lightest shoe, but they definitely aren't heavy either. I had my first pair for about 2 years before I finally needed to get a new pair.

Very comfortable, durable for running and gym usage. I find that due to my frequency of planking the front of my sneakers always begin to separate the rubber from the cloth. Besides that flaw these are amazing for those who have slight joint pains and can't run on a treadmill these sneakers make it much easier on your joints, after a few months I recommend buying new insoles so they feel like new.

One of my favorite pair of running shoes. I bought these back in July and they are still going strong. I have 200 miles of running on them and the tread still looks great. The soles haven't even began to break down yet. If you are looking for good pair of shoes for running, Asics have got you covered. It doesn't hurt that they provide some color to your ensemble.

I have the white size 7, this is just the only one I could find. Anyways, first let me start off by letting you know I have ankle issues. I had surgery on my Achilles Tendon so I swell ALL THE TIME. It was rough finding a tennis shoe that supported my foot. The alpha bounce is by far the best tennis shoe I ever own. I have made them my gym shoes, and let me just say they are the best and so inexpensive compared to other running shoes.

These shoes are amazing!! I bought them for a 10k that I did. To be honest, I didn't train a lot and I didn't wear these shoes in before doing the run. I was so afraid that my feet were going to fall off after doing it but they felt great!! They're so comfortable and they really hug your feet as you walk or run.

LOVE these running shoes. These are my go-to shoes for long runs in excess of 13km.  They're a little heavier than the shoes I use for race days, but I LOVE THE CUSHIONING these offer.  The triumphs offer plenty of support for my feet and never give me blisters or any pain.  I highly recommend these.
