I've never tried cream products like these before, but I was curious about a really good contour color and enlisted in the help of an employee to find the perfect one. She showed me the concealer stick and a highlighter as well, and honestly I wasn't completely sold on the concealer stick in the store. However, I purchased the trio because it was a great deal and I really loved the color Amber, which was a shade darker than what we had played around with in the store. However, I was blown away when I actually tried the concealer stick out for myself. While in the store it covered up my dark circles, when I tried it on by myself it actually highlighted and concealed in one for me. It didn't break apart all day long, which i something I've always had a problem with with concealers. The contour stick is perfect and it's so easy to blend! A little product honestly goes a really long way. The highlighter in this trio is really beautiful as well, and easy to blend. I've heard a lot of people have mix reviews on the match stix in general, but they're one of my favorite products. They blend effortlessly and a little goes a very long way -- plus they're very reasonably priced compared to other products that are similar. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone -- they're so easy to use and very good for beginners!

Treated myself to a Fenty matte lip color as hadn’t tried anything of hers yet....I am a major lip fiend so thought I would give one a go. Certainly not one of the cheapest high end products, but willing to pay a couple of extra bucks for something worthwhile. I think it was around $28. Firstly, the packaging....or casing? Is absolutely gorgeous...like a golden capsule....that’s got a retro, almost 20’s antique feel about it. Very pretty. Color was bang on what I was expecting. A burnt orange stroke red....but not too much. Subtle enough for day time. It glided on, and I mean glided...super moisturizing and must be formulated with some form of thick cream, like a Shea butter. Very very pigmented, one sweep and you’re done. As moisturized as my lips were, I still got that matte finish I Love without feeling tacky. Lasted a good while too....no drying effect. This one is worth the extra ladies....

TROPHY WIFE Right so I know some people say this highlight is too pigmented and it doesn't suit them. It suits darker skin tones better... blah blah blah. No. I know where you are coming from guys, I do. It is extremely pigmented which is really good but can be a bit inconvenient sometimes if you don't know how to apply it. So my biggest mistake when I first got it was to highlight every section I normally highlight with a brush. A fan brush to be specific. If you apply trophy wife with a fan brush the product is gonna go everywhere, even your hair. The powder will even fly to your clothes and you will have glitter all over your face and I don't think you will want that. I found that any brush will do this to my face though, not as much as the fan brush, but I found a solution. Some of you might not wanna do this because you don't like using your fingers but when it comes to powders I don't really care. I dip my finger into the highlight and then apply it on my cheekbones my inner corner if my eyes, under my brows, my nose and on my upper lip. This way the powder will stick to your finger and not as much product will fall on your face when you tap your face when applying it and then you can build it from there. It is much easier and less messy. This way your highlight won't be as "intense" and it will suit your skin tone. I love trophy wife and I will purchase it again when I finish it which will be in a few years because it still looks brand new and I I purchased it as soon as it came out 🤣 Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter

There is a trick to this foundation, and once you’ve got it, you will never want to wear another one again!! I originally was matched to the wrong shade at Sephora - I was told that the color would oxidize, and was given a shade lighter than what I would have purchased myself. (I am very pale and was given shade 110, the second lightest.) However, it did not oxidize on me at all, and ended up being WAY too light. So I returned it and bought 120 - a perfect match. If you are looking into this foundation, make sure you allow for time to test it out. Maybe the lighter shades don’t oxidize as badly. Once you have the correct shade, find your perfect combination of products. I am VERY oily, so I paired this foundation with BECCA Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector™ and set it with COVER FX Perfect Setting Powder. The foundation itself dries down to an almost powder finish, appears matte but is not flat or unnatural. If you have normal or dry skin, I would suggest a moisturizing primer OR mixing your favorite serum into the foundation itself. It’s medium to full coverage, and I find that it looks best when applied with a damp sponge. Work quickly because it does dry fast! I was very impressed with how long it lasted on my face. It stays through 8+ hour active shifts at work, and I wore it outside on a hot Texas day at the pool and it DID NOT MELT off my face at all. This was the real bonus for me! I would recommend at least trying this if you have oily skin and desperately want a long lasting foundation that does not melt off your face with long wear, and gives your skin a natural appearance. You just have to find what works with your skin type. I feel like Fenty has the best selection of shades regardless of your skin tone and undertones.

When I saw this launch, I HAD to try it. I was never really a fan of lipglosses but for some reason this one just drew me in. All of the models in the campaign looked gorgeous and I wanted to look the same! I bought mine at Sephora. The packaging is excellent quality. I really appreciate the design of the cap because you can put down the wand on the counter without it rolling around or making a mess. The gloss itself is a coppery nude with some gold shimmer added to give a full pouty look. This gloss is not plumping as it doesn’t tingle on the lips. The consistency is a bit thick and can get gloppy if you apply too much. Be sure to always clean the applicator if you use this gloss to top liquid lipsticks because the color will stain the gloss. Overall, I really like the plain, straightforward gloss. It is universally flattering and is a great price for what you receive. I will definitely repurchase!
