Top 5 Affordable Nail Polishes for Fall
Yep, it's that time of year again. Goodbye to the hot pinks, bright blues and neon greens. Hello to the sultry purples, burnt oranges and mellow nudes. Since we're closing out summer and coming into fall, our nails need a change, too!
If you're anything like me, you find it hard to pay $15 to $20 for a bottle of polish. While yes, I like a good polish and believe that many of those pricey brands really do work better, I go through so much nail polish that I would go broke! So anyways... many of the polishes that I have listed below for fall are below the $10 price point. Of course you've always got to splurge a bit on one or two. If you're someone who doesn't like a certain brand, I'll also list similar colors in other brands just for you!
You can never go wrong with a calm purple shimmer. Fall is the perfect time to shift from summers bright purples to a more pale, laid-back shade.
Purple Pleaser - ELF
Orchid - Revlon
Doesn't this just remind you of the leaves falling from the trees? If this shade doesn't scream fall, nothing will!
Life Preserver - China Glaze
Evening Glow - Sally Hansen
While nude polishes work any time of the year, they really stand out fall and winter. No....not all fall shades have to be the color of leaves!
Pure Porcelain - Orly
Sugar Coat - Wet n Wild MegaLast
You can't forget your deep, earthy reddish-browns! This is one of my favorite fall colors as it a color that you don't see wore often.
KleanColor - Mud Pie Sparkle
Pumpkin Spice - Sally Hansen
Last but not least, we need our 'night out on the town' fall color. Why not reach for the gray shimmer! Check it out, even the name fits! Plus, at this price point, you can't go wrong!
Maybelline Color Show - Pedal to the Metal
Sinful Colors Color, Tantalize
Pretty awesome colors, right? I think so. I'm not at all excited for summer to end, but I sure am excited to start using these nail lacquers!
