They have great pigmentation, so a little goes a long way. Also their colors are always true to picture/in package. They go on smoothly, and have a creamy/velvety texture. They blend beautifully.
If I had to choose my favorite color that I could not live without, it would be "tease." I think tease is a great color choice for brown eyes. It can be made as a base daytime look or a taken to nighttime look with a little darker shade applied with it. Ive looked for similar, dupe, shades and found none. So I will be buying this color for as long as they continue to make it. Though I'm not sure I'll need to, as the eyeshadows do seem to last a very long time.
A friend once asked me if the urban decay palettes were worth the price tag, I answered wholeheartedly "yes!!" And she's since been converted as well. I would recommend these eyeshadows to anyone.
So that happened.
And then...I wandered into sephora with a girlfriend and walked past this impressive lipstick display again, feeling adventurous and kind of wanting to just shock my friend with a "what on earth color are you wearing?" reaction, so after looking at the purples and even the navy blue, decided to throw on Anarchy, an extreme shocking pink shade. Instead of my friend thinking I was crazy, she actually told me the color looked awesome on me and insisted I buy it.
I was surprised to look up Anarchy on the website and see it categorized as "satin finish" instead of "matte" like Backtalk is, because it had the same gorgeous highly-pigmented matte finish as Backtalk.
Basically this line gives you an insane amount of colors and not a SINGLE one of them will deceive you. They go on so smoothly, exactly how you want a lipstick to show up on you....and for a lipstick lover, that is both amazing and potentially dangerous for your wallet!
Whatever....a million stars for me. A lipstick that wears forever, is not deceiving in its color no matter the shade and has SO many shades t choose from....where could you possibly go wrong???
