I have the Kylie Lip Kit in two colors (Koko K, Candy K) plus one gloss (So Cute.) The packaging for the lip kits are incredibly cute, and I love the quality of the packaging. The first lit kit I bought and used was Candy K, which was a bit too dark for my skin color. I am very fair skinned and while the coloring is beautiful and reminds me of a light caramel color, it really didn't look good with my skin tone. Koko K, however, looks perfect. It's a light pink with lots of pigmentation that looks great on. I highly suggest using the lip liner and spreading it all over your lips before applying any of the lip kits because it helps the color last longer. With So Cute, I typically put on either the Candy K liner or NYX's "Pink Cantaloupe" lip liner. The lip kits tend to be a bit drying, but it's nothing that a bit of Vaseline or lip gloss wont help. The lip gloss is very, very sticky and takes a while to dry down, so make sure you don't eat/drink anything for a bit unless you want to reapply it immediately. Overall, I'm a fan of the pigmentation in all three of my products. I wish the product weren't so dry (lip kits) or sticky (lip gloss) and there could be a happy medium for both. I would definitely purchase products from Kylie again. NOTE: Make sure you exfoliate your lips before putting any of these products on! It'll help the color last longer and stick to your lips.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this after seeing all the hype once Jaclyn Hill came out with her shade "Champagne Pop", knowing I had to purchase that and "Opal" as well. BECCA products are always very pigmented, and the Shimmering Skin Perfectors are nothing short of that. I'm always careful to go in with it with a very light hand and a big, fluffy, and pointed blending brush (I prefer this type of brush over fan brushes for highlighters because it is easier to build up the pigmentation, then take a beauty blender to blend it into the skin and get rid of the harsh appearance). It is easy to go overboard, so it is good to remember that a little goes a long way! Champagne Pop is more of a rose gold/pink-undertone highlight whereas Opal is more silver. I personally love silver highlighters so Opal is a clear favorite, but both shades are staples in my collection! They are by far the best highlighters I've tried to this day, and I always find myself comparing a new highlighter I purchased to these. My preferred use of the Shimmering Skin Perfectors are for formal events. I find using a more subtle highlight goes better with an everyday makeup look, but it is very easy to tone this up or down so it's really based on preference and what works best for your skin! I will always recommend this product to any friends who are trying to glow to the gods.

This is my 3rd Urban Decay eyeshadow palette. They are gorgeous and it's never out of fashion. Yes it's not cheap but if you take into consideration buying separate colours from their rival product range, it works out better value and more choices. I love the way it comes with an instruction on how to get the look without over done it.All the colors are just wonderful, very pigmented as well. You don't need much of this product to get the look you want so the size of the pans are GENEROUS imo. The brush that comes with it is a blessing to my naive mind, I never knew I needed a brush like this until I got this palette. Packaging is REALLY thick though, it lasts a pretty long time though (at least 10 hrs w/ a primer) so I haven't needed to take the palette with me anywhere.I love this palette. I have 5 other palettes in my collection but this is the one I love the most. The colors are gorgeous, they apply well and it even comes with an insert with 5 different smoky eye looks and instructions. I found the insert very helpful as I am still a bit of a beginner. The value is pretty good, not much more expensive than other palettes I have seen. The case is really nice a sleek as well and closes nicely so that I wouldn't worry about it opening up while travelling.I bought the last naked palette, the rosy toned one, and it didn't work with with my colouring and go to lip a chic colours so that was a dud for me. This one is truly fantastic, I watched a little video by Kandee Johnson on YouTube demoing the palette and I was sold. It's a great balance of luscious shimmer and matte, and the colours an just that wee bit different to make it more than just a dozen smokey shades. There is next to none fall out, the shades blend and and last like a dream. The packaging is sleek with a decent double brush. I adore YSL, own a lot of the couture palettes for the eyes, but the couture variation 10 colours eye palate is a disaster is comparison to the urban decay, the packaging is like a cheap gift with purchase, very little colour payoff, and too powdery as well, and about 40% more expensive, without even more intelligently planned colour palette. So, even though my cosmetic cupboard is like a Sephora kiosk, this palette is a must have and it is fair market value.

It's not often a product is released that makes me go 'Finally! Just what we've been waiting for' but when St Tropez released the in-shower tan I was really excited to try it out as soon as I could. Claiming to give you a tan while you shower it sounded like St Tropez had made a product that was going to save me so much time and make my life much easier. Applying fake tan can be an all-evening affair. But With this gradual tan you slap it on in the shower and you can dry and get dressed as normal and it will develop throughout the day. The colour builds with each use so there's potential for an even darker colour too. I love it. It's very simple to use - Get in the shower and do your thing ( wash etc) Smooth on the tan ensuring you're not directly under the stream of water. Wait 3 minutes. Get back under the running water, rinse off and wash your hands. Dry and get dressed as usual. The tan develops throughout the day and there is no fake tan smell. You are left with a very even, natural tan. I am so pleased with not only how well it works but how easy it is to use too. I really recommend you give this a try.

When it comes to haircare products, I really don't use much. However, I cannot live without my Ouai Haircare products. I am seriously beyond obsessed with the positive changes I have noticed after using Jen Atkin's products. I am a huge huge fan of her hair oil, which I use on wet hair every time I wash my hair. It not only has a heavenly fresh floral scent (which I am obsessed with), the oil tends to nourish my hair in ways other products have failed. It also has prevented my dandruff as well. I can't wait to try more of Ouai's products because they're seriously worth the price point.
