These are my absolute favorite #energydrink! I tell everyone about them. They are incredibly effective, last a long time, and taste great! Well, most of them do. I always recommend someone drink half of a normal one and a few sips of an extra strength until they know how their body will react. Also, they are best when taken with a meal, something with a complex protein. In my experience, that makes the drink work the quickest and last the longest without jitters.
