I'm not even exaggerating, but I totally love soy sauce! Any dish that has soy sauce in it is almost always a favorite of mine! Yep, I love me some sodium. Slap some on chicken, pork, beef, seafood, vegetables, whatever. Most marinades that have soy sauce in it is awesome. I specifically like this brand of soy sauce for my sushi and sashimi dishes. It enhances the flavor and not distract from it. I've always imagined that if I were poor, all I needed is rice and soy sauce. How do I know that? Because I used to be a really picky eater as a child and that's the only thing I would eat sometimes. Now I love me some adobo, paksiw, stir fry, fried rice, anything with soy sauce! I know it's crazy sodium, but hey, it doesn't seem to affect me much! ...read more

All of San-J's gluten free sauces have been impressive. I went on a huge asian inspired food kick and opted to cook everything at home because gluten free thai or chinese food was so difficult to come across without handing over my bank account, limiting myself to one or two choices or visiting three towns.
These sauces taste great with anything, in anything. I've even used them alone as a dipping sauce when I made potstickers. =)
The reduced sodium is actually still quite salty and unless a recipe specifically calls for full sodium, you could really get by with this one. ...read more

My family and I have recently found this brand of soy sauce. We are doing the Advocare 24 Day challenge and this was approved for the diet by many bloggers. I love soy sauce and can say that this is a very good brand that is better on the health spectrum than traditional brands and still has the great taste! ...read more

Naturally gluten free and tastes like it always has! One of the hardest parts about going gluten free is adjusting to the new flavors with an onslaught of new textures. Since they've always been gluten free there is no transition. Just the same great product as always! ...read more

My mother is Hawaiian and Aloha Shoyu is the ONLY soy sauce allowed in the house. The lower salt version is also the only low sodium sauce that doesn't sacrifice taste when they take out the sodium. I HIGHLY recommend the Aloha Shoyu products to anyone and everyone! ...read more

Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce is the only one I buy. I make a lot of asian inspired dishes and because of the high salt content in regular soy sauce, I always purchase the low sodium version. Kikkoman is the only brand I buy. I have tried the other name brands that are out there, but Kikkoman's products are always high quality and you don't have to break the bank to buy them. ...read more

I am Malaysian and this soy sauce is a staple in our (very large) sauce collection! Keyword is sweet - this is not your regular soy sauce. It is also thicker. We use it for all kinds of things, including fried rice, stir fries, with soup & rice, etc. Definitely recommend trying it and looking up recipes that use it! ...read more
