I had a bottle of this that a friend gave me. I'd call it a toothpick sauce because you use a toothpick to add it to your food or sauce. Be very careful and wash your hands after touching anything that came in contact with the hot sauce. It's easy to add to much and ruin a dish - hence the toothpick approach.

If you aspire to be a fire breathing dragon, or just want your taste buds to explode, then this is the hot sauce for you. People call me crazy (I think they may have a point though...) but this is my favorite hot sauce. This is not for the faint of heart. I am an absolute sucker for spicy foods and would try hot sauce on almost anything. This hot sauce is very spicy; only one or two small drops will do the trick for an entire plate of food. I love that though because that makes the bottle last longer, rather than using giant load of regular hot sauce in a short amount of time. This hot sauce is also very flavorful, and the flavor blends well with all sorts of dishes. I highly recommend this hot sauce, especially for those who love to experience a fiery inferno in their mouth.

I rarely feel passionate enough about a product to leave a review. This sauce is so great, I have to chime in. I was buying it from a local Costco, until they stopped carrying it. I'm looking to find it in whole foods. The sauce is tangy with nice heat, and the more you eat, the hotter it feels. It has a great color, and the taste is out of this world. Just a fantastic sauce, and after trying it, no other sauce will do.

Yes! This stuff is HOT! A couple tiny drops is enough to set your mouth on fire. I like hot sauces and have tried many. I have a pretty good heat tolerance. This has flavor and is good on burgers, chicken/chicken wings hot dogs and pork. A must try for hot sauce enthusiasts!

I've replaced a few expensive brands with matouks west Indian hot sauce it's less expensive and Full of flavor. You must be a hot head to enjoy it though and please grab some tissues you will need them
