Kaopectate Surfak Stool Softener Liqui-Gels get the job done. It sucks to be constipated and this pill helps you to not only get things moving again but it also softens it to make it easier.

At the beginning of my pregnancy I suffered from extreme constipation. My doctor recommended that I start taking Colace to help relieve my symptoms. I have to say it worked like a dream. I'm now almost at the end of my pregnancy and can say that since starting to take it I've had no further issues. I very highly recommend Colace to anyone with constipation issues.

These work for me about 75% of the time. I am dealing with pregnancy constipation and my midwife told me to try Colace so I got on Amazon to find an inexpensive alternative with the same ingredients. There are tons in the bottle so it will last a long, long time, and the price was fantastic compared to the brand names. I take one in the morning and one in the evening to help things along,
