I do have to say that it can look a bit 'cakey' when on an odd occasion my eyelids are more dry. However it doesn't change anything about my eyeshadow application, meaning it looks just as good when I'm done, and the result is the same as described above.
On a side note, I always have to buy the small/travel size versions of this primer, because I can't finish the primer before it goes bad. I use anything as long as it doesn't start irritating my skin, but around the +- 8 month mark this primer really starts irritating my eyes, so I have to throw it away. Usually, even with the travel size, I still have a lot of product left at that time- which is annoying.
