I love Stonewall kitchen products and this mix is a must in my cupboard! I got it for a wicked good price one day at the outlet store and stocked up when I knew it was a family hit! The ingredients are simple as are the directions to make the mix. There is a slightly sweeter taste to the pancakes that I enjoy. I love these pancakes! They are so light and fluffy, and not to mention they make a decent amount of pancakes. I can feed myself and my boyfriend who both are pancake lovers lol. They go great with any topping and they are a healthy way to start the day. They're organic, and you honestly cannot tell a difference.

I have tried making homemade buttermilk pancakes 6 different ways now and none are as good as this mix with only adding water. My hands are up and this is all I will even try from now on. The pancakes are nice and fluffy while having lots of flavor and not over cooking and getting chewy. Highly recommend.
