Which hair treatment is your favorite?
I first started using Moroccanoil Treatment almost six years ago (long before every brand had their own version!) when I noticed my hair stylist mixing it into the dye and also applying it before drying. I just loved the way I looked leaving the salon so I bought a bottle and I’ve never looked back.
Nothing I’ve ever used (and I’ve sampled other kinds of oils since then) makes my hair as sleek, shiny and healthy as this does.
Since I’ve started using Moroccanoil, I’ve been able to grow my hair out to two feet long twice to donate 12+ inches each time to Locks of Love. The most recent major chop was 14 inches donated in November. At that time, I cut my hair up to my chin and it’s already to my shoulders.
I apply it to wet hair as soon as I get out of the shower – a little bit, and I stress little, goes a long way – and then usually let dry naturally overnight.
In the morning, I apply a little bit more as either a heat protectant if I’m flat ironing my hair or to tame little fly-aways that stuck up while I’m sleeping.
The bottle last forever, as well! Even when my hair was one-to-two feet long a bottle lasted me a little over a year.
All-in-all, I can honestly say if this product is ever discontinued, I will probably cry – I love it that much! ...read more
I usually buy pick it up at my local drugstore or Target. The price is great compared to other deep conditioning treatments. The Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner generally runs about $3-$4 per bottle, but lasts several months with weekly use. I hadn't realized that this was available on Amazon the last time I ran out for a refill. The price is definitely competitive and would save me a trip to the store. Next time, I'll be looking into the Amazon pricing or even Subscribe and Save. The Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner is definitely a miracle worker. I highlight, blow-dry and occasionally straighten my hair. I tend to have dry, damaged ends. After one use they are smoother and more controlled and moisturized. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new deep conditioner to add to their line up or looking to moisturize/repair damaged hair, at a reasonable price to boot. ...read more
Hair Food is infused with honey and apricot fragrance providing essential nutrients to coat and nourish every strand in a short amount of time (between 5-7minutes). The formula is without parabens, mineral oil, and sulfates.
This product worked amazingly for my thick, color treated hair. You only need a small amount to run through although i prefer to do it twice as i feel my hair sops up moisture like a sponge but it does not make it greasy and the results are smooth. easier to style and manage shiny hair. This worked great for my 13 yr old as well who has very thick and coarse hair when not properly conditioned. The smell is a bit like vitamins to me but i don't mind it for the wonderful results ive gotten from it. ...read more
