The Best Drugstore Self-Tanners to Extend Your Summer Glow
Based on 14,632 Influenster Reviews
With the end of summer fast approaching, it might be time to turn to self-tanners to extend that bronzed glow you worked so hard to build. Self-tanners can be great if you pick the right one. You don't need to expose your skin to harmful UV rays that can cause damage and age your skin and you look like you just spent two weeks at St. Barts, sprawled out on a beach towel, sipping on Mai Tai's by the ocean. Some sunless lotions though can leave you orange and splotchy, looking like Garfield. Not cute. It's even harder to find great ones that you can get at the drugstore.
We did the leg work for you and read through more than 14K Influenster reviews to find you the best drugstore self-tanners on the market. Which one is your favorite?
P.S. Self-tanners are a Beauty Awards category! Be sure to review your favorite, even if it wasn't listed, so it has a chance to be considered for this year's winner.

I was extremely impressed with how easily it applied around the ankles and on top of the feet which are usually trouble areas. ...read more

I have found doing light coats, letting them dry and then adding another coat works best. If I apply it too heavily in one coat I see the product runs a little. When this happens I just blend it with my finger.
The product dries quickly and I don't mind the smell. Additionally, when the color starts to wear off I have never had the problem of dramatic looking patches as I sometimes get with salon spray tans. ...read more
