This has been my go to eye cream for the last 5 years. I have used other brands and have loved them but I always come back to this one because of it's performance and price point. I am almost 40 and it has kept my eyes looking younger. But I have always been good at keeping a great skin care routine. I wash my face twice a day, and wear SPF, serums, moisturizers and exfoliate regularly.

WOW! This e.l.f eye cream is by far my favorite drugstore eye cream I have ever purchased. The packaging feels so high end and you get so much product for such a great cost. I have extremely dry skin under my eyes, and this cream leaves my under eye area bright and smooth! It says "illuminating" for a reason! My favorite way to use this cream is at night and also in the morning under my makeup. I always out it on and then wait like 5 to 10 minutes before applying my makeup!
