Being a Vermonter, I might have a little bit of a bias about Cabot's cheese, but honestly, there's nothing wrong with having pride in products that come from small local farms that originate in my home state! I am confident in the quality of Cabot's cheese and other products, as I've been to their factory and have seen their cheese being made. They've consistently delivered excellent products for many years. I love almost everything I've ever tried from them, but this cheese right here is my go-to for a variety of dishes. It is also great for a snack. It has just the right amount of sharpness, which is a lot. Hunter's cheddar might be sharp, but I've had a chance to buy aged cheddar from Cabot that is top-shelf, highest quality, most sharp, aged for years kind! I had to get that at a butcher shop in a small town that I used to reside in.
Cabot anything is worth getting. Most definitely!
