I love Cafe bustelo, I was raised on this coffee and remember when my father used to take the coffee beans and grind them first. Then he would put it in boiling water in a pot on the stove, while heating up the milk until it got the froth. Then he would take the coffee with the grinds and strain through a beige material strainer that had a wooden handle. One it was completely strained he would then squeeze to get the last little bits left, pour some in a cup, scoop the hot milk with the froth and pour it in the coffee in the cup and then add on or two sugar cubes and make sure it is serves on a saucer with the tiny spoon to stir it. And as etiquette goes, he showed and explained how before you can enjoy it, you must first enjoy the aroma, the process it took to get to the final result. Then you slowly take the small spoon stir the sugar in your cup and grab the cup with you thumb and forefinger, whilst you have your pinky in the air and sipping it slowly, enjoying every bit of it.
