This is the vermouth I use in all my martinis and Manhattans (along with their sweet vermouth for a perfect Manhattan). It is not too expensive and very easy to find. It is the perfect finishing touch to many drinks. Careful not to use to much for the best martinis!

This is the sort of drink you'd like to have with you on a tropical holiday, or a seaside break. At first whiff, the scent transports you to an island on the Caribbean or the sunny beaches of Florida or California. The coconut is not overwhelming, the flavor sweet, and you can easily get over the fact that it smells a little like sunscreen. Would purchase again, especially since it's so cheap! Perfect mixer for your tropical cocktails. Possibilities seem endless with this.

This rum would pair nicely with a sangria. Cut your fruit, prepare your syrup if needed (cut fresh fruit and cook with a cup of water and a cup of sugar, once thinkened, press through a strainer) mix your syrup your fruit a cheap bottle of white wine, 1/2 of this rum, and let refrigerate 2 hours. When ready to serve top with fresca or a sparkly white wine.
