"Don’t fill the very inside of your eyebrows. It makes them look too harsh and unnatural. And, conceal your under eyes by bringing the concealer down past the dark circles in a v, then blend. For hair, don’t let the curling iron curl the very ends of your hair. It’ll look like prom hair versus a more natural, sophisticated look. I could go on and on!" - Elizabeth, Co-founder & President
“Drink water! I look and feel better when I drink as much water as I can.” - Carson, Content Strategist
“Wear SPF every day. Every dermatologist or skincare expert I’ve ever interviewed has always said the same thing, “Wear sunscreen.” So I do. Every. Single. Day. I’m guessing it’s the secret behind my baby face!” - Caitlin, Site Editor
“I’m all about lazy girl hacks– especially for hair. My mother introduced me to those old-school hot rollers. I roll them in before I apply my makeup, and by the time I’m through with my face, my hair is curled and ready to go!” - Claire, Junior Content Strategist
"My stepmom was a makeup artist, and she said to only apply facial products using your middle finger and ring finger because those have a lighter touch. It reduces wrinkles," - Sam, Content Strategist
"Moisturizing is so important. I feel like it's one of the only reasons I’m comfortable going makeup-free some days! I use olive oil for my hair, skin, and to take off my makeup because it's super gentle but gets the job done.” - Grace, Content Strategy Intern
“For a quick DIY mask: I mix two bags of green tea and a tablespoon of honey and then spread it on my face with a mask applicator brush. You leave it on for 10-15 min and wash off with warm water. It's perfect for any skin type all year round. Green tea and honey are both filled with antioxidants, nutrients, and healing compounds.” - Stephanie, Sales Marketing Strategist
”Apply chapstick before any lipstick.”- Alex, Junior Account Executive
“The natural makeup look works best with dark, bold lips.” - Michelle, Digital Marketing Strategist
”This won’t sound glamorous at all, but toilet paper seats are great for blotting the oil off your face! They don’t take off makeup.” - Nikki, Account Strategist
