This Moisturizer Completely Sold Out at Sephora

Sellouts are Sephora are to be expected. But when a brand new product flies of Sephora shelves and becomes the #1-selling moisturizer in less than a monthnow that's something special. That's just what happened with the April launch of Tatcha Water Cream. Since hitting Sephora at the beginning of the month, it's had to be restocked. Twice.

What makes this moisturizer so unique you might ask? Well, other than being the latest addition to the Japanese brand's playbook, it's the formula that has people knocking down Sephora's doors. But it's not just beauty editors and bloggers who are singing the praises of the gel moisturizer, Influensters adore it too. Although this product has been out less than 60 days, it already has a near perfect rating of 4.9 on Influenster!

The unique gel is unlike your typical thick cream moisturizer. This is a bit milky in consistency and wiggles a bit like a jelly. It's thin when applied, sinks in quickly, and doesn't leave skin feeling oily or sticky—no residue here, Influensters say. (Tatcha even boasts an anti-aging, plumping, and pore-targeting formula so it's suitable for multiple skin types and concerns.)

But that's not all that makes this product a hot commodity at Sephora. Just look at it. Housed in a luxe jar with a tiny gold bow on top (and a touch of 23-karat gold mixed in for added glow factor), it's hard not to want to include this vanity candy in all of your #shamelessselfies.
