Get ready for another reason to make a b-line to Target. Last year summer, they brought you California Roots—a wine brand made from premium California grapes. The label, with its chardonnay, red, and pinot griogio options, became a best seller at Target thanks to its crisp taste and $5 price tag. And this year, we've got more reason to applause. One word: rosé.

Starting this April 8, you can now shop California Roots Rosé. This blend features notes of fresh berry and citrus, making it an excellent option for refreshing spring and summer bites. (This shrimp, grilled chicken, a fresh salad!) And of course, you can expect this new rosé option to retain the hot price of $5!

You may remember, the new addition to the label comes hot off of the news Target was adding Yes Way Rosé to its vino selection. And it makes sense the bulls eye is ramping up its wine offerings. According to a press release from the retailer, the adult beverage category was the fastest-growing division in the department last year.

So raise your glass to rooftop season. It'll be here before you know it. Let's just say we're already armed with $5.

Have you tried any of Target's wine selections? Share your favorite recent Target find!
