Smashbox's New Shadows Looks Like a Camera Lens

The beauty of a palette is also its downside—there are so many options. Yes, palettes are fantastic for delivering perfectly curated shades so you never have to guess about finding the right combos. But conversely, there are oftentimes so many options you end up only using your favorites and letting the others go untouched. Smashbox's new Photo Edit Eye Shadow Trio ($22) resolves this problem flawlessly—and looks cute doing it.

The new eyeshadow trios have been carefully curated by Smashbox's roster of Pro Artists with a triad of hues you'll actually use. The colors are some of the brand's most popular and are partnered together in a way to help you master any look you want from a natural nude lid to a rich smoky eye or vibrant smize. And the trios have been designed to have the shade you'll use the most doubled in size. Oh and did we mention each compact is designed to look like a camera lens?

The adorable compact palette not only helps you get camera-ready, but the ridged circular design actually looks and feels as sturdy as a lens. We particularly love how these trios stick to color complementary colors and give you a hefty portion of shadow, while keeping the packaging small and strong enough to withstand tossing it in a bag to go.

There will be 16 color combinations offered ranging from warm brown to nude to smoky, no matter what your go-to look of choice is. Currently, we're loving the Nudie Pic Trios, which are four separate palettes each designed to compliment your specific skin tone.

You can get your hands on these brand new launches come December 15 at Sephora, Smashbox.com, Macy's, and Ulta.
