Sleeping Mists for Those Nights You Simply Can't Chill Out

Some nights it seems like we fall asleep as soon as our heads hits the pillow. Other nights—not so much. If you're like us and find yourself attempting to solve the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle while compulsively refreshing Instagram at 2 AM, you might be in need of a little sleepy time solution. 

Although tea and honey might cut it for some, we're turning to a somewhat different solution we've been spotting on social media lately. Sleeping mists are the latest craze to help lull restless snoozers like us off to dreamland. The premise is simple: spray the mist onto your pillow and sheets (sometimes temples!) prior to bedtime and let the essential oil fragrances work their aromatherapy magic by relaxing the body and mind.
