Are you ready to dance right into Halloween season? We sure are! And if you're looking for a little Halloween makeup inspiration, NYX teamed up with Mimi Choi, professional makeup artist and creative illusionist based in Vancouver, Canada, to serve us some serious spook this Halloween. Check out the below video and step-by-step directions for getting the look of this perfectly spooked-up prima ballerina look. After all, illusion makeup by Mimi Choi = the perfect kind of Halloween trick.

PRIMA BALLERINA Halloween Makeup DIY:

1. Create an even foundation base on the skin, then apply the pink shade from Ultimate Shadow Palette in Brights all over the eyelid.

2. Create a floating wing and wing along the top lash line liner using Epic Wear Liner in Black.

3. Apply Sweet Cheeks Powder Blush Matte in Summer Breeze on the apples of the cheeks.

4. Using Epic Wear Liner in Black, draw a cracked illusion all over the face.

5. Using a small, buffing brush, shade the outside of the cracked lines with the white shade from SFX Palette in Primary.

6. Finish the look by applying Soft Matte Lip Cream in San Francisco on the lips and Butter Gloss in Vanilla Cream Pie on top.
