Our excitement for our spring 2020 Influenster Women in STEM Scholarship winners isn't going away anytime soon. Earlier, we introduced you to some of our very own women in STEM working right here at Influenster HQ. Now, we're pleased to introduce you to the FIVE amazing winners of our fourth Influenster Women in STEM Scholarship. Anna Madison, Aysha Zaher, Betta Lyon-Delsordo, Jennifer Kisabeth, and Shaina Raklyar have all demonstrated exceptional skill and leadership in their own respective technical fields of study and have each been awarded $1,000 to put towards tuition or academic expenses.
You can learn a bit about each winner here, but we want to further celebrate and highlight our winners beyond their academic and professional achievements and interests. We want you to get to know them as real women doing real, amazing things with real interests and passions.
Meet Aysha Zaher, Rutgers-New Brunswick University, Genetics, Health & Society, ‘23. Aysha is pursuing a major in Genetics, with an interest in further understanding the differences in healthcare systems worldwide, particularly third-world countries. She ultimately plans to pursue a dual MD/PhD with the hopes of improving access to care for all people, regardless of race, gender or creed.
