How to Host the Ultimate Tony Awards Viewing Party

It’s that time of year again! Every theater guru knows what I’m talking about–this Sunday it's the annual Tony Awards! The one night of the year you don’t have to fight the crowds or break the bank to enjoy Broadway’s biggest hits. What better way to celebrate than to host the ultimate get-together? There’s no party like a showbiz party. So, we came up with a list of dishes dedicated to the nominees up for Best Musical!

Since this musical takes place in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, there’s nothing more appropriate than some good ‘ol southern pork rib sliders.

What you’ll need:

Boneless Pork Shoulder | Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns | Hellmann’s Real Squeeze Mayonnaise | Kraft Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce

School of Rock–Adult Lunchables.

Adult Lunchables, anyone? You can’t celebrate the existence of the legendary School of Rock without the inspiration from our favorite childhood meal.

What you’ll need:

Ritz Crackers | Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs | French’s Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay | Heinz Tomato Ketchup | Wickles Relish

Shuffle Along– Saxophone cookies.

Fun fact: Shuffle Along was the first Broadway musical that featured syncopated jazz music. So, of course, you’ve got to throw in saxophone-shaped cookies.

What you’ll need:

Nestle Toll House Sugar Cookie Dough | Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Buttercream Frosting | Wilton Sparkle Gold Hearts Edible Glitter

Waitress- Homemade apple pie.

As if we needed another excuse to have pie at a party, Waitress follows the story of an expert pie maker.

What you’ll need:

McCormick Ground Cinnamon | Ground Nutmeg | King Arthur All-Purpose Flour | Land O Lakes Butter with Canola Oil | Gala Apples | Domino Pure Cane Dark Brown Sugar | Morton Table Salt
