Summer might be on its way out, but we're giving you one more reason to sip on that sweet, sweet rosé: Hello Kitty. That's right. You can now get your hands on Hello Kitty-clad vino. The special-edition collab between Sanrio and Italy’s Torti Winery is finally available online, so get ready to stock up that bar cart, my friends.
The Kitty vino collection was actually announced last year, but up until now, we had no way to shop it online. So now, thanks to the wine and Internet gods, we can make our dreams come true and load up on Hello Kitty rosé all day. But it's not just rosé that's offered. There's actually quite a few varieties for your sophisticated palate.
First, you have your standard Hello Kitty Rosé, which boasts a sweet floral scent with spicy hint and apparently pairs well with sushi, sashimi, fish, oysters, red, and white meats. And priced at $29.95 per bottle, it's not too big of a splurge.
Next, you've got your special edition numbered rosé, which comes in a metallic pink bottle. It's pretty much the same as the regular rosé, but with only 6,000 numbered bottles available and a price tag of $39.95, it becomes a little more of a collector's item.
Next up you have the Hello Kitty Sweet Pink Sparkling wine. This floral pink is a great match for fruits and desserts—plus, it's just really pretty.
The Hello Kitty Pinot Nero Vinified in White is a dry, velvety Chardonnay that complements pasta, spicy food, and fresh cheeses a.k.a. the best foods. Priced at $24.95, this is one of the more affordable options.
As for the reds, you've got Hello Kitty Pinot Noir—two words we never thought we'd see together. This hearty wine is great with meat dishes, salmon, and cheeses. Again at $24.95, it's a fairly priced pinot.
Of course, if you're feeling really adventurous, you can always scoop up three wines in the Sparkling Wine Combo pack for $95 or all six of the Hello Kitty wines for $177.25. But don't worry, shipping is waved on the six bottle bundle!
As of now, the wines are only shipping to California, Nevada, Alaska, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming. So if you're not in one of those states, sadly, you're going to find another way to get your Hello Kitty fix.
