Whether I’m having a bad day and feeling crummy, or simply want to treat myself, chocolate is my go-to. An instant pick-me-up, chocolate has always been my guilty pleasure. After doing some research, however, I found out that I don’t necessarily need to feel so guilty—dark chocolate can actually be good for you! Investing in high quality chocolate (try to look for chocolate with 70% or more cocoa) can actually yield a number of benefits for your health AND brighten your day (talk about a superfood!).
