Halloween How To: The Not-So Basic Black Cat
So, let’s face it - Halloween will probably sneak up on you this year, and out of convenience it will probably make sense to be a black cat… again. But this year, just because your costume is basic doesn’t mean your makeup needs to be. Try our tutorial for this edgy, cat makeup:
STEP 1: Apply a light gold eyeshadow over the area where you want the prints
What we used: NYC New York Color CityPROOF 24HR Waterproof Eyeshadow in Brooklyn Mocha
STEP 2: Apply patches of bronze eyeshadow sporadically, using different sizes and shades. (These are the main leopard spots)
What we used: Rimmel London Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Stick in Bad Girl Bronze
STEP 3: Use black eyeliner to draw on the leopard prints around the bronze areas.
PRO TIP: mix it up with the outlining by adding a dot in the middle or changing the width of the outline. Then, add smaller little marks amongst the bronze spots.
What we used: Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in black
