Fuddddgeee, This Recipe is Amazing.
If you've never made fudge before you might be surprised to know it's extremely easy, and you can create so many different flavours! Hands up who likes Nutella? *Raises hands and legs* Well today I'm going to show you how to make a smooth, Nutella fudge with only 5 ingredients!
What You'll Need:
45g Unsalted Butter.
200g Nutella (or more, if you want a super intense flavor!)
150g Milk Chocolate Chips.
1tps Vanilla Extract.
1 Can of Condensed Milk
How You'll Do It:
Add all the ingredients minus the Nutella (and sprinkles) into a glass bowl, above a pan of water on a medium heat and mix until they have melted together.
Once everything is melted, add in the nutella and stir to mix this in. It will become slightly more thick as the fudge forms, so be consistent until the whole thing is smooth.
Now it's simply a matter of pouring the mixture into a lined dish (I recommend overlapping two pieces of baking parchment to make it easier to lift out once it has set!) and sprinkling some sprinkles on top to decorate! Pop this into the fridge for at least 3 hours, I leave mine overnight just to make sure it's really set.
Take it out of the fridge and slice into squares ready to be served. I would keep this in the fridge when you aren't eating it to prevent melting! That's it! Dig in!
